I’m going to prom soon and I’m planning to wear a black tuxedo. The only problem is that I have outgrown my black dress shoes and have some white dress shoes that fit me. I have already spend a lot on the tux and I don’t want to spend another $100 on black dress shoes. What do you guys think about wearing white shoes with a black tux? Thanks and your answer is much appreciated!

I have a very simple, tea length, sleeveless, black bridesmaid dress that I’ve worn already. It’s that dressy silky material. What can I do to dress it down to wear to a wedding that I’m not in the wedding party? I dont want to look too dressy like I’m trying to look like I’m in the wedding party but if there’s a way I can dress it down I dont want to have to buy another dress.
