I’m going to be a bridesmaid at a wedding and I get to design my own dress. I really want the dress to be flowy at the skirt and a boob tube like top. Does anyone have any pictures of nice dresses that I could take to the dressmaker? Or a place with lots of nice dresses that I can get some ideas from?

I have 2 bridesmaid dresses that I’d like to sell to a consignment ship/boutique. They are both from recent weddings (this summer) so are still in style. I was thinking of visiting a consignment shop to see if I could get a little something for them, and was wondering if anyone has done this before. THANKS!

I don’t want to make my gf’s do the whole bridesmaid thing, but I don’t want to give them all cheesy jobs like guest book, usher, etc. either, and no readings during the ceremony–so what other ideas are there to signify they are special. I want them to be a special part but can’t think of something that might work. Suggestions would be great. Thanks.
I am getting married soon and want to have my own personally designed custom wedding dress, with beading and lots of detail. I also want to get five bespoke bridesmaid dresses made as well. I’m not looking to pay for Vera Wang or anything but I was wondering how much should I expect to pay for the wedding gown and the five dresses in total? If anyone can help I would be really grateful as I need to plan my budget asap.

I was thinking about using the same fabrics and colors (I’m making them myself – crazy me, I know) but each one would have something unique (like, one would be one shoulder, while the other would be strapless, idk).
What are your opinions on different dresses making up the bridesmaid wardrobe?
